A Family Business Story
We became Hong Kong distributor for AQUA FLEX HOCl generator from Japan just months before COVID. During COVID, when disinfectant was difficult to find, we started producing HOCl water ourselves, initially for internal use, for staffs and family members. But as COVID continued, many of our customers from different sectors such as clinics, dentists, construction sites, offices, then schools when they reopened, heard about us producing HOCl water and asked if we sell. At first we were reluctant, because it is completely new to us, we don’t have the staff for production, we don’t have the proper bottle sprayers, packaging etc. It was difficult, everything was sourced online because we couldn’t move about at the time, we had no time for sample ordering either, it was a hit or miss. But in a month, bottle sprayers, packaging and labels arrived and we would start producing and supply customers HOCl water. Since then, we have been providing HOCl water to customers at affordable pricing.
Today, we still produce HOCl but in small scale and on demand through our online store as side business to fulfill staff and close customer demands.
