The company integrates these goals into its operations by prioritizing sustainable materials, minimizing waste within a circular economy framework, and continuously enhancing the sustainability benefits of its solutions. Environmental Practices.

  • We have been reusing fixtures and furnishings for decades. We planned to reuse when we first made the decision to purchase. This is documented in our Office Relocation 2024 – Key Sustainability Figures when we moved office in 2024.

    8. Reuse 100% of Feature Walls. It was designed to be reused; it is designed to be easily removed and (re)installed.

    9. Reuse of Cabling and Cable connectors. We adopted the plug-and-play practice to all electrical connections.

  • Energy Saving with sensorized lighting, all office spaces apart from reception are sensorized

  • Energy Saving with Smart Thermostat and Central Touchscreen Console

  • New in-house designed and built “4-headed” nozzle Air Diffusers promote more flexible ventilation for staffs

  • Being a responsible tenant, we invested in Silent Pallet Trucks to be used within Office Building to reduce noise. Less noise also means less vibration, less toll on the user when moving heavy loads

  • Monitoring of IAQ in Meeting Rooms

  • Choosing FSC-certified products for daily office necessities wherever reasonable

  • Adopting paperless practices wherever reasonable

    1. Digitize forms to Microsoft Forms whenever possible

Sustainable Solutions.

    3. We use our own in-house designed and built air diffuser to demonstrate the concept of having more flexibility on ventilation direction

    4. We use our own air filters at return air unit to monitor its effectiveness before introducing the product to the market

  • We work with partners on pilot projects to demonstrate its effectiveness

    1. We worked with CapitaLand in Singapore to prove that Water Saver Stick can reduce water irrigation for landscaping

    2. We worked with Macao casinos to prove that biological solution can help solve grease trap problems while being green
