Boost your Solar Panels with NeOCOAT ☀️⚡
Boost your solar panels, generate more electricity, reduce cooling load, generate more income.
Solar panel performance can drop when temperatures get too high. Solar panels are most efficient at around 25°C. When the temperature rises above this optimal level, the efficiency of the solar panels decreases. For every degree Celsius increase above 25°C, the efficiency of solar panels typically declines by about 0.3% to 0.5%. Typically, solar panels can reach up to 60°C or even higher, depending on the ambient temperature and the amount of direct sunlight they receive. Particularly for solar panels installed on roofs, the heat reflected off the roof adds more heat to the rear of the solar panel.
NeOCOAT is a heat shedding coat, in other terms, a heat exchange paint that is usually applied on building surfaces to manage thermal energy. Unlike conventional heat-dissipating coatings, NeOCOAT does not reflect heat to nearby perimeters. In the case of solar panels installed on roofs, it does not add heat towards the rear of the solar panels. Instead, it provides a cooler ambient environment.
Case studies and tests in Japan and South Korea suggest that NeOCOAT can boost power generation by +19% year round, whether NeOCOAT is applied to the roof of a building, the rear surface, or the heat dissipation plates of solar panels. Furthermore, if NeOCOAT is applied to the roof where you live, it could also reduce the cooling load in hot weather. Enjoy double the benefits!
